  • Send issues and some reports via email

  • Receive issues via email and automatically notify team members

  • Control which projects/subprojects users can access

  • Establish teams of people associated with a subproject

  • Notify team members of new, modified, and/or deleted issues via email

  • User-configurable statuses and issue types

  • Create task lists for an issue based on the issue type (task lists can then be customized for each issue)

  • Add progress comments to issues

  • Customize the Home and Login pages, as well as the name of the application
