OpenPoint Support Program

FaxOne offers a standard support program to licensed users of OpenPoint.  The standard agreement includes free upgrades to future releases of OpenPoint, software patches, and telephone support during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST).

Currently, we do not offer direct technical support for the freeware version OpenPoint Issue Tracker.

In addition, FaxOne offers custom support packages that combine our consulting services with premium level support.
